Mark Carpenter

Built from practical experience

Mark began with a roofing and general building apprenticeship and has personally worked across the trades found on a building site.

After more than 20 years running his own building company, he took the reins of a specialist new-build and refurbishment business in 2015. That background shapes how projects are managed today: close to the work, attentive to interfaces and accountable for quality.

The value is not a claim that one person performs every specialist task. It is the ability to understand what good work should look like, ask the right questions and coordinate qualified people in the right sequence.

Specialist work

The right qualifications for regulated services

Where a project involves electrical or gas work, qualified electrical contractors and Gas Safe registered engineers are used as appropriate. The website does not present these third-party qualifications as accreditations held by the trading name itself.

What hands-on oversight means

Mark’s role is to keep the construction sequence, workmanship and communication connected. He reviews the work as it progresses, asks practical questions when packages meet and involves the relevant qualified contractor or appointed designer where specialist confirmation is required. Clients have one experienced lead who understands the site as a whole.

This approach is suited to substantial residential work where decisions made during groundworks, structure or first fix affect the finish much later. It does not mean one person performs every trade. It means responsibility for coordination and quality control remains visible throughout the project.
